Shipping & Delivery

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement.

Orders placed after 3PM AEST on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or on a weekend will be sent Monday morning.

Australian domestic Express:
1-3 Business days

Australian domestic standard:
3-7 business days.

Worldwide -
3-10 Business days.

Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.

Returns

Refund policy

Hey babe!

Thanks for visiting our ReturnsExchanges & Refunds page. 

We want to make sure you absolutely adore your Remi pieces which is why we’ve created a policy with you in mind. 

    We also cannot accept, and do not provide any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any sale items. 

    For all other items we will happily provide a store credit, equivalent to the purchase amount, provided that;

    • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • The item is in its original condition, unworn with all original attachments, labels and tags intact.
    • A receipt and proof of purchase has been provided.

    For our Swimwear
    Being swimwear, the safety of all our customers is our priority, and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept, and do not provide any returns, exchanges or refunds for:

    • One-Pieces
    • Swim Bottoms
    • Bodysuits

    please note. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for items returned to us with make-up/Tanning oil/Fake tan marks. 

    All store credits will be provided in the form of gift card, to be used within 12 months of issuance. 

    Please note, all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. 

     

    Refunds

    We treat every order with care, and each item is precisely inspected to ensure quality before it is carefully packed and sent to our customers. 
    In the very unlikely event you have received a faulty item, or an item that is not as advertised, we will happily provide you with a full refund on the purchase cost and shipping. 

    Please notify us of a fault within 14 days of delivery by providing a detailed description on the fault, along with pictures as proof via email to info@remicollective.com. Please include an image of your receipt in your email. 

    Our kind care team will assess your fault and respond to you within 24-48 hours. Upon acceptance, we will process your refund. It may take 5-7 days for your refund to appear in your account.
